Toilet paper in trees along Rindge Common.

Rindge residents woke up on Sunday morning to a barrage of toilet paper on the common.  This “ritual” seems to occur each year around this time and is almost always the product of local high school students looking for a laugh.  So the question remains… Can actions like this be shrugged off as a harmless prank or should the people responsible for the mess be held accountable?  What do you think?

  1. I think it’s a harmless tradition. It actually shows ambition and creativity. As long as it’s done once a year in recognition of Halloween, and no permanent damage is done, then it’s all in fun.

  2. I know that it has been done for years, but where were the cops??? It is right next to the police station?
